Aqua Vista Hotels received distinction in the prestigious Tourism Awards 2017, which were held on Tuesday 21 March 2017. The hotel unit management group, which undertakes both the conceptualisation, construction and overall running of its properties, participated with great success for the first time in the event. Four hotels in its company portfolio won awards at what is now an established annual institution for Greek Tourism. Aqua Vista Hotels was commended in five of the most significant categories of the competition.

The Kassandra Bay Hotel at Skiathos received the Gold award in the category of ‘Eco-friendly Hotel / Resort’ for its environmental policies and the sustainability system which it applies. Cloud 9 in Santorini was honoured with the Silver award in the category of ‘Luxury Villas, Chalets’ for its luxurious style, while the Art Hotel, also in Santorini, received the Silver award in the category of Adults Only Hotel / Resort, honouring it as one of the best hotels for adults in Greece. Alta Vista Suites in Santorini also received an award in the category ‘Wedding Tourism’, in recognition of the hotel’s unique romantic character.

Apart from the units which make up the portfolio of the group, the team of Aqua Vista Hotels was presented with the distinction of the Bronze award in the category of ‘Hotel Development, Management & Consulting’. This award recognises the successful model of hospitality concepts which the group develops and applies.

Every accolade received by the Tourism Awards is an honour for Aqua Vista Hotels as they act as a major recognition of the group’s continued persistence in the creation and operation of luxury hotels that have their own unique identity and personalised services.
