Nema Hotel Athens

Concept & Sales Management

Nema Hotel Athens was developed and managed by Aqua Vista from its very first day of operation. The project’s vision was to introduce a contemporary, design-driven boutique city hotel in the center of Athens — a property built to combine modern aesthetics, comfort, functionality, and value for both leisure and business travellers.

Aqua Vista oversaw all stages: concept development, branding, pricing strategy, online presence, revenue management, and reservation operations from day one.

Performance / Results

Since opening, Nema Hotel Athens has delivered strong performance across all key hospitality metrics:
Opening-to-date revenue growth has shown continuous upward trajectory
Reservation volume increased steadily month-over-month, reaching 90% occupancy level from the second month of operation.
ADR (Average Daily Rate) aligned with the hotel’s targeted positioning in the Athens boutique market.
Ancillary revenue (upselling, add-on services, extras) contributed an additional 15% to total revenue.

Overall, Nema Hotel Athens has met or exceeded its financial targets since launch, becoming a competitive and fast-growing entry in the Athens city-hotel segment.

Alta Vista Suites

Concept
The idea was to take a family home and convert it into a boutique hotel made up of three honeymoon suites in 2013. With its spectacular views and unique architectural features, the plan was to renovate Alta Vista Suites in keeping with the the character of the Cyclades and to create interiors that would be suitable for newlyweds. Alina Tsolokakis incorporated the colours of Santorini; burnt orange, sea blue and sunset red, while whitewashed exteriors complemented the impressive infinity pool, creating the illusion of being suspended in the air. The suites and pool both received the attention of the Greek and international press, with Alta Vista Suites being featured in the prestigious Condé Nast travel magazine for its impressive features and spectacular pool, putting it amongst the ranks of one of the best boutique hotels in the world.
